BLACK HILLS RESIDENCE

The key piece of the design was to capture the unobstructed 360 degree views of the Black Hills and town of Rapid City from this lot set atop a small bluff.  The owners requested the “forever home” with design features allowing for long-term enjoyment, hosting of family and friends, entertainment, and the opportunity to age in place with one-level living down the road.
